I was in the line from 2:15 to 4:30 with my daughater yesterday. She is in grade fifth student. Last year she came to your sale with me twice. no problem. Yesterday your scurity did not say any thing to us, they pass by us all the time. After freezing more than two hours in the line. while we were almost ready to go inside. Then scurity person approch to me. No childern under 13 year of age are allowed in side. You did not mention age anywhere on the flyer. My daugher is in grade fifth. She is not a small child. We were very much upset. then I knock the door from exit side. scurity person came at the door and he talked to me I explained him everything. He said to me the most you can do to write a letter to Lisa’s Cosmetic.
Yesterday I saw pepole were leaving the lines and go out to buy coffee and they camne back on same spots. One or two people stands in the line. other family member leave the line join later on at the same spots. also I see some people had small childern. I was very much upset yesterday. The way your scurity was working. I see so many people joining to there family member at the enterence door. People were talking in the line that no wonder our line does not move.
I work for American Company in Mississauga. I made photo copies for you flyer and pass to most of the co-workers. But yesterday I had a bad experience. Now I never want to come back. You should mention the age for childern on the flyers. Or your scurity came tell the people while they are joining the line. I drove from highway 427/Derry to all the way Markham. I have no one else that I had one one else that I could have leave my daughter with that person last year I spent about $600.00 for your sale. Thanks I will be waiting for you reply.
