The Annual Milliken Children’s Festival takes place tomorrow (Saturday, September 11, 2010) at the Markham Civic Centre. Admission is FREE. Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Rain or Shine. Entertainers include: Canadian Improv Showcase, Orient Dance Company of Toronto, International Academy of Music, Showtime Dance Studio, Can Lan Ice, and others. Activities include face painting, hair wrapping, henna art and balloon sculptures, or buy an all-day pass for $5 to participate in activities such as rock climbing, pony rides, a petting zoo, mini circuit, and inflatable games and rides.
The Milliken Children’s Festival is located at: Markham Civic Centre (101 Town Centre Blvd. Corner of Hwy #7 & Warden Ave.) Parking is free at Markham Civic Centre.
