Williams-Sonoma’s Free cooking & technique classes for February is all about making the most of winter’s fresh flavors. This month’s classes include: Chili, Winter Vegetables, Knife Skills, and Fast and Easy Pasta Dishes. Williams-Sonoma’s Free Cooking and Technique classes are held Saturday or Sunday.
