  • February 11 or 12, 2012. “What’s in Season: Winter Vegetables” Learn how to make the most of these tasty and hearty foods.
  • February 18 or 19, 2012. “Knife Skills” Learn about grip, proper placement and safety with this good knife skills class. Correct positioning, slicing, dicing and chopping will be covered in this class.
  • February 25 or 26, 2012. “Fresh, Fast & Easy Pasta” Get dinner on the table quickly with these new pasta recipes.
