Celebrate the 5th annual Youth Day at Yonge Dundas Square on July 24, 2011. Time: 11:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Admission is Free.

The event starts off at 11:30 a.m. with a flag parade up Yonge St. At 8:00 p.m., there will be a world record attempt to dance to the macarena. Youth Day Toronto showcases more than 500 artists in music, dance, art and photography. Performances include: Karl Wolf, Reema, Major, Farahri, Najjah & Famecity.

Blue Jays vs Philadelphia Phillies Game at Rogers Centre. Special Canada Day Street Festival begins at 10:00 a.m., and features live music, games, entertainment, refreshments, and prizes. Arrive early and be the first 10,000 fans to enter Rogers Centre to get an exclusive Jays Canada T-shirt.

Distillery District: Free Admission. Dates: Jul 1 – 3, 2011. Outdoor market for artists and food artisans. Come back on July 2 for the Food Truck Eats Festival from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Square. This festival will showcase diversity and quality of foods from gourmet food trucks around Toronto. All menu selections are priced at $5 or less.

Mississauga Celebration Square: Free Admission. Time: 1:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Free live entertainment with performances from The Kids Wear Crowns, Fefe Dobson, Shawn Desman. Watch the aerial cirque show and dance and music fusion performances in the amphitheatre. A spectacular fireworks display ends the night at 10:30 p.m.

Multicultural Canada Day at Yonge-Dundas Square. Free Admission. Time: 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The 5th Multicultural Canada Day celebration features live dances from around the world, international arts, crafts, food market, and more. A live Bollywood Dance Party (with Shiamak Davar International Bollywood dancers) takes place from 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Ontario Place: Free Admission. Fireworks at 10:00 p.m.

Queen’s Park: Free Admission. Time: 10:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Citizen Ceremony starts at 10:30 a.m. Free entertainment and activities for the whole family.

Red and White Vinyl Festival at Woodbine Park: Free Admission. Scotiabank CHIN Picnic at Exhibition Place: Free Admission. Date: July 1 – 3, 2011. Time: 12:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Canada Day lineup includes: BANDSTAND STAGE – Kenneth Ma Kwok Ming, Bollywood singer Richa Sharma and Jawad Ahmad. CENTENNIAL STAGE – Polish Festival, Pilita Corrales. EXHIBITION GROUNDS – Cycling Races, Petting Zoo and Pony Rides, Circus Jonathan, Birds of Prey Showcase, Team K9 Performance Challenge, Zero Gravity Circus, Boxing, and Midway Rides and Games throughout the day.

TD Toronto Jazz Festival at David Pecaut Square: Free Admission. Start Time: 12:00 p.m. Great fun-filled activities for the whole family including rofessional aerosol artists, breakdancers, face painters and more. Free living performance by the Heavyweights Brass Band at 12:00 p.m., and Free live performance by Juno-winning rapper Shad at 5:30 p.m.
