Get ready for three days of rib smacking food and music. Markham RibFest and Music Festival takes place from Friday July 10 to Sunday July 12 at the Markham Fairgrounds.  FREE admission for everyone, and FREE parking too.  

Enjoy “award winning ribs and chicken prepared by some of the best Ribbers in North America”. Then cast your vote for the best ribs, the best sauce and best presentation. Other goodies include funnel cakes, corn, ice cream, smoothies and perogies.

Great entertainment by Rock ‘n’ blues band the Tonedogs, Juno award-winning Jack Dekeyser Band, Maple Blues 2007 male vocalist of the year, Chuck Jackson, and others.

The Markham Fairgrounds is located at: 10801 McCowan Rd. at Elgin Mills Rd. E. Hours are: Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, 12 to 6 p.m.
